Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wet wipes are non-returnable once opened or used.
Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once the issue is verified:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
